Rules:

1. All items are "As Is". ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items. Please understand that there may be differences in appearance due the differences in cameras, video quality, or your screen. For online sales, we do our best to ensure that our shops images accurately reflect the items color. During Live Sales we try to ensure that you have sufficient time to see an item before you claim it during a Live Sale. If you need to see an item again during the Live Sale, please ask. Again, we only ask that you do not abuse this option as it slows the sale and delays others who are waiting to see the next item.

2. You must comment SOLD and the item number. We look for the word SOLD, so the two must be together in one comment or it will not be filled.

3. Once you have commented SOLD on an item in a live sale, intentionally deleting the claim will result in you being banned from future sales. Please have consideration for others. Do not claim items in order to “hold” them for extended periods of time while you make up your mind. This is unfair to those that are seeking to claim items. That means another person may have missed out on the item they wanted. Once the live sale is done we are very busy with packing every order. If you don't want to pay for it, then don't comment sold on it. Writing down what you have purchased through out the event makes it easy to budget.

4. Everyone has different internet speeds. We will go by the comment we see first on our end. We will announce the name of the person we see first.

​

5. After our live sale we start our invoicing process the next day via PayPal. You're expected to pay your invoice within 24 hours or less.

If you do not complete your purchase/payment within 24 hours, you will be sent a reminder that your payment is late and that your order is at risk of being canceled. After the reminder has been sent and we still do not receive a reply / payment it will likely lead to a ban from our live sales. *The 24 hour or less rule is to make sure we get all of our customers orders out in a timely manner.

6. We do ship. Shipping charges are actual and figured after your items are packaged. You will receive a second invoice for shipping. That invoice must be paid before we will print the shipping label.

​

7. Wood has knots in it. We can not prevent nor avoid this. Your project kit or finished piece will most likely have knots which do not cover well by light paint. Some treated wood that we use on outdoor projects is rough. We try to select the best. We will also try to point out defects, but that's not always possible. Wood is not perfect. The price on the project may reflect the quality of the wood at the time.
